He was able to diagnose problem with phone the next day and as the phone could not be fixed, due to water damage, he did not charge at all for his time. He was able to confirm quickly what we thought may be the case, that the phone could not be repaired due to the extensive water damage, and this saved us time and money by not needing to send it away to a Telstra shop to achieve the same result with a longer timeframe.
